TRAIL RUNNING RACE DECLERATION REQUIREMENT
Participant must sign a Race Declaration, the language of the Declaration is as follows: I understand and agree that I participate in the event above at my own risk and that no responsibility whatsoever shall attach to any race sponsors, race director, or any persons involved in the organisation of the event for any accidents, loss or damage suffered by me in, or by reason of the event, however such may be caused. I am 15 or over for 10km races, 17 or over for Half Marathon races or 18 or over for Marathon races or longer. I have no known medical condition that will affect my safe participation in the event being entered. I hereby grant to 209Events, its legal representatives and assigns, those for whom 209Events is acting (Salomon), and those acting with its authority and permission, the absolute right and permission to copyright and use, re-use and publish, and republish photographic images of me or in which I may be included, and my personal fitness story, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, from time to time, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions made through the Salomon web page or any media on Salomon's premises, or elsewhere for informational, promotional or publicity purposes.
