What ARE THE 10K SALOMON FOREST TRAILS?

Perfect for mid week training sessions or as a starter into the world of off road running, the Salomon Forest Trails are perfect for anyone moving from tarmac to trail. Whether you're a regular or a rookie runner, you'll find the course a comfortable balance of hills,  flat and a little bit of muddieness thrown in...... as well as plenty of stunning scenery.  Each mid week race begins at 7pm in the evening so plenty time to come along after work.

3km Fun Run

The 3km fun runs are aimed at beginners and younger runners from age 7 upwards - move off the roads onto nature's best and you'll be hooked! A perfect way to start your trail running addiction!

10 KM Race Timing

Your number and your chip have been sent to you in advance so there is no need to come and register. The chip is secured around your laces and your number is attached to the front of your running vest. Please complete the details on the back of your race number if you have a known medical condition or allergy that will help the medical staff in the event of an emergency.


3KM - NO RACE TIMING

You will have received your number in the post, but you will not have a timing chip so no need to register on the day. Please note that the Fun Run is not a race and we will not be timing it.
